If you have Big Lots near you they have the heavy duty tarps at half the cost of the big box shops. That way when you do have to replace them it's not so hard on the wallet. Also, look on ebay, there are all sorts of heavy duty covers, tarps, and other ideas for storage such as temporary garages/storage sheds etc.
